How can I found out when a specific item will be back in stock?
We do our best to keep all our products in stock, but can sometimes be tricky. We kindly suggest to check back on our site from time to time as we are unable to guarantee a fixed time for restocks. -
How long does it take for a refund to show in my account?
Once we issue a refund, it should appear in your account within 10 business days, weekends not counted. In some cases it can take more time, depending on your financial institution. -
We ship USPS or UPS from Dallas, Texas. Shipping is an estimate of 2-7 business days within the US. Expect an estimate of 5-15 business days for international destinations. As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information that will include an estimated date of delivery.
