How can I edit/pause/cancel my subscription?
You can always edit/pause/cancel your subscription in the customer area after logging in to the site, click on the "Manage subscription" link. If you have not created an account before, please register first. -
I've got an email saying my credit card was declined
That means our system is trying to charge you for the next upcoming box, it will try to charge you again 2 more times(after the first try). After 3 failed attempts your subscription for upcoming boxes will be canceled and you will not get the upcoming box. -
What does pause subscription mean?
If you paused the subscription, your upcoming future orders(the ones you have not yet received an email confirmation for) will be skipped until you decide to resume it later. -
What will the subscription box include?
The items included are kept discreet until the 1st, and we can assure you it worth it :) -
When will I be charged me for the subscription box?
The first time you subscribe to our box is when you get charged for the first time, After that, you will be charged every 15th of each month unless the subscription is paused or canceled before that. -
When will my subscription box order ship out?
Our box is shipped out every 1st of each month for the past month subscribers, meaning, if you subscribed any time between 1st-31st of a month, you will receive the box on the 1st of the following month. Shipping time varies but most orders arrive within 1 - 5 business days in the US.
